Enable USB Tethering on Catalina MacOS 10.15.7 and UP

First download modified HoRNDIS latest 9.2 here

Second, open terminal type two command bellow

1. "sudo kextcache --clear-staging"

enter password

2. "sudo kextcache -i /

wait a minute so kernelcacheID appeared

Third, go to System Preference-->Security and Privacy-->General

You should allow software from Joshua Wise by click lock icon and enter password

Restart system and connect your phone on usb tethering.
